
My Wellness Journey
My passion for health, wellness, and human potential has been a lifelong journey rooted in education, movement, science, and empowering others to believe in themselves again.
With a background in education and years of experience coaching and mentoring others, I spent much of my career helping students grow, learn, and build confidence in their abilities. Over time, my passion evolved beyond the classroom and into the world of adult wellness education, where I now dedicate myself to helping individuals better understand their bodies, improve their health, and rediscover the belief that “YES, I CAN.”
As a former CrossFit coach and lifelong advocate for movement, I believe exercise should meet people where they are — not where society says they should be. My philosophy centers around consistency over restriction, progress over perfection, and building sustainable habits that support long-term vitality, confidence, and wellness.
My mission is deeply rooted in preventive wellness and promoting a proactive approach to health through biological and science-backed protocols. I am passionate about educating others on topics such as exercise, nutrition, metabolic wellness, recovery, longevity, peptide education, hormone balance, strength training, and overall lifestyle optimization.
I truly believe every person has the ability to become the healthiest version of themselves by choosing wellness strategies that work with the body in the most synchronized and biologically supportive way possible.
Through my partnership with EllieMD and the guidance of professional functional medicine providers, I help educate and encourage others as they navigate their personal wellness journeys. My goal is not only to help people feel better physically, but also to help transform the mindset of “I just can’t” into one filled with possibility, confidence, and hope.
I understand that true wellness is not about extreme restriction or unrealistic expectations. Instead, I focus on helping people create sustainable lifestyles that support energy, vitality, confidence, and long-term health while still fully enjoying life.
